Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs (US), Digestive Biscuits (UK)
- ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 (14-ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup (100g) shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 cup (100g) chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts evenly over the sweetened condensed milk. Press down gently.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the topping is set. The center should still have a slight jiggle.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Cut into desired size with a sharp knife and enjoy.
