Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs (US), Digestive Biscuits (UK)
  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 (14-ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 cup (100g) chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.
  2. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts evenly over the sweetened condensed milk. Press down gently.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the topping is set. The center should still have a slight jiggle.
  5. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Cut into desired size with a sharp knife and enjoy.
