Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup packed fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 frozen banana (sliced)
  • 1 cup cold water (or unsweetened almond milk)

Instructions:

  1. Add the liquid base (water or milk) and the packed spinach to the bottom of a high-speed blender container. Blend briefly (5-10 seconds) until the spinach is fully pulverized against the liquid.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen banana slices, and hulled hemp seeds to the blender.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and thick. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately for the best velvety texture.
