Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
- 1/2 frozen banana (sliced)
- 1 cup cold water (or unsweetened almond milk)
Instructions:
- Add the liquid base (water or milk) and the packed spinach to the bottom of a high-speed blender container. Blend briefly (5-10 seconds) until the spinach is fully pulverized against the liquid.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen banana slices, and hulled hemp seeds to the blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and thick. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Serve immediately for the best velvety texture.
