Ingredients:
- 1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Bisquick baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until evenly distributed.
- In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine the raw pork sausage and softened cream cheese until fully integrated.
- Add the freshly shredded cheddar cheese to the meat mixture and mix again. Gradually incorporate the dry baking mix until a cohesive, slightly tacky dough forms.
- Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the mixture into 1-inch rounds and roll briefly between your palms. Place 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the balls are deeply golden brown on the bottom and firm to the touch.
