Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Bisquick baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until evenly distributed.
  3. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine the raw pork sausage and softened cream cheese until fully integrated.
  4. Add the freshly shredded cheddar cheese to the meat mixture and mix again. Gradually incorporate the dry baking mix until a cohesive, slightly tacky dough forms.
  5. Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the mixture into 1-inch rounds and roll briefly between your palms. Place 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the balls are deeply golden brown on the bottom and firm to the touch.
