Ingredients:
- 2 cups (180g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (60g) whey protein powder
- 1/4 tsp (1g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until the protein powder is evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir vigorously until the mixture reaches a creamy, uniform consistency and chia seeds are fully submerged.
- Divide the mixture evenly among four 16 oz Mason jars. Seal the lids tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
