Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (60g) whey protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until the protein powder is evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir vigorously until the mixture reaches a creamy, uniform consistency and chia seeds are fully submerged.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among four 16 oz Mason jars. Seal the lids tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
