- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml)
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic and chop the chili, cilantro, and mint.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, water, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Stir in the minced garlic, chopped chili, cilantro, mint, and sesame oil.
- Ensure all ingredients are well combined and adjust seasoning if desired.
- Taste the sauce and make adjustments to sweetness, sourness, or spiciness as needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
