Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (150g)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (115g)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (240g)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240ml)
- ½ cup whipped cream (optional for serving) (120ml)
- Chopped peanuts (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
- Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts if desired. Slice and enjoy!
