Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, romaine)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon tequila (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse the mixed greens thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Add mixed greens to a large salad bowl.
- Slice strawberries and add to the bowl along with blueberries and raspberries.
