Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, romaine)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tequila (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the mixed greens thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. Add mixed greens to a large salad bowl.
  3. Slice strawberries and add to the bowl along with blueberries and raspberries.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped nuts over the top.
  5. In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lime juice, tequila (if using), honey, and Dijon mustard.
  6. Whisk or shake until emulsified and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
