Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (16g) ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, and salt in a 16 oz glass mason jar. Shake or stir to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk, scraping the bottom edges of the jar to ensure no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally 8–12 hours. Give the mixture one final stir before serving.
