Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) Milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 cups (240g) Tapioca Flour/Tapioca Starch
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup (approx. 100g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup (approx. 50g) Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a blender or food processor, combine milk, oil, and egg. Blend until smooth.
- Add tapioca flour and salt to the blender. Blend until a smooth batter forms.
- Stir in the Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses by hand.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and slightly puffed up.
- Let cool slightly before serving. They're best enjoyed warm!
