Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe peach, pitted and chopped (about 150g)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled (about 150g)
  • 1 banana, sliced (about 120g)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (240ml)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) (240ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (15ml - optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries and hull them. Pit and chop the peach into small pieces. Slice the banana.
  2. In the blender, combine the peach, strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey/maple syrup. Add a handful of ice cubes for a frosty texture.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey/maple syrup.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, garnishing with fresh fruit if desired.
