Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Additional whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until fully mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes to set.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined, taking care not to deflate the mixture.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, top with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts, if desired.
