Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Additional whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until fully mixed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes to set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined, taking care not to deflate the mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Once chilled, top with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts, if desired.
  8. Slice and serve with a smile!
