Ingredients:

  • 24 small pretzel squares (about 7 oz / 200 g)
  • 24 Rolo candies (about 11 oz / 310 g)
  • 24 pecan halves (about 3 oz / 85 g)
  • 1/2 cup (90 g) chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mL) coconut oil or vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup, if desired.
  3. Place the pretzel squares on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  4. Unwrap Rolo candies, and place one on each pretzel square.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes or until the Rolo has just begun to soften but not melt completely.
  6. Remove from the oven and gently press a pecan half onto each melted Rolo to create a sandwich.
  7. Allow the treats to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. If desired, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the treats.
