Ingredients:
- 24 small pretzel squares (about 7 oz / 200 g)
- 24 Rolo candies (about 11 oz / 310 g)
- 24 pecan halves (about 3 oz / 85 g)
- 1/2 cup (90 g) chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) coconut oil or vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup, if desired.
- Place the pretzel squares on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Unwrap Rolo candies, and place one on each pretzel square.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes or until the Rolo has just begun to soften but not melt completely.
- Remove from the oven and gently press a pecan half onto each melted Rolo to create a sandwich.
- Allow the treats to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the treats.
