Ingredients:
- 4 oz (115g) Blue Cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup (120ml) Sour Cream
- ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Milk
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- In the mixing bowl, crumble the blue cheese using your fingers. Leave some chunks for texture.
- Add the sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl.
- Whisk until the mixture is mostly smooth, but still has some small chunks of cheese.
- Gradually add the milk, a tablespoon at a time, whisking until you reach your desired consistency.
- Stir in the lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Taste the blue cheese dip and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
