Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Vodka (or dark rum)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Pumpkin Puree
- 0.75 oz (22 ml) Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Coffee Liqueur
- Optional: 2 drops vanilla extract
- Ice
- Garnish: Cinnamon stick, pumpkin pie spice, or coffee bean
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the vodka, espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, coffee liqueur and vanilla extract.
- Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass (or coupe) to remove any ice shards.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, or a coffee bean.
