Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Vodka (or dark rum)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pumpkin Puree
  • 0.75 oz (22 ml) Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Coffee Liqueur
  • Optional: 2 drops vanilla extract
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Cinnamon stick, pumpkin pie spice, or coffee bean

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the vodka, espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, coffee liqueur and vanilla extract.
  3. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass (or coupe) to remove any ice shards.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, or a coffee bean.
