Ingredients:
- 1 pound cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 8 ounces sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the creamy sauce over the steak and vegetables, stirring to combine.
- Gently mix in the cooked tortellini until evenly coated. Cook over low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Serve hot.
