Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 ounces sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the creamy sauce over the steak and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  6. Gently mix in the cooked tortellini until evenly coated. Cook over low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Serve hot.
