- 1 cup (240g) sour cream
- 1 cup (240g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon (15g) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15g) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5g) fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh chives or parsley
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to preference.
- For enhanced flavor, cover the dip and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
