Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) sour cream
  • 1 cup (240g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh chives or parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to preference.
  4. For enhanced flavor, cover the dip and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley, if desired. Serve with your favorite dippers.
