Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 cups (480ml) soda water or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) mint leaves, tightly packed
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or pitcher, add mint leaves and sugar. Gently muddle to release the oils of the mint.
  2. Add raspberries and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Use a fine mesh strainer (if desired) to strain the raspberry mixture into the glass or pitcher, discarding the seeds.
  4. Stir in soda water to the raspberry-lime mix. Add ice cubes as needed and mix well.
  5. Pour the Razzmatazz drink into serving glasses. Garnish each glass with a few whole raspberries and a mint sprig.
