Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved (about 300 grams)
- 3 ounces white rum (about 90 ml)
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice (about 30 ml)
- 1 ounce simple syrup (about 30 ml), adjust to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes (about 240 ml)
Instructions:
- Hull and halve the strawberries. Measure out the rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- In the blender, combine strawberries, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired. Blend again to combine.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry slice on the rim if desired.
