Ingredients:

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds turkey tenderloins
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the turkey tenderloins into the marinade. Coat well, cover the bowl, or seal in a plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  5. Remove the turkey tenderloins from the marinade and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the marinade.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
