Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 pounds turkey tenderloins
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the turkey tenderloins into the marinade. Coat well, cover the bowl, or seal in a plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Remove the turkey tenderloins from the marinade and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the marinade.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
