Ingredients:
- 6-8 medium-sized flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Brush each tortilla lightly with melted butter, ensuring even coverage.
- Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered tortillas.
- If desired, cut the tortillas into wedges using a pizza cutter or kitchen shears. Leave whole for larger crisps.
- Arrange the tortillas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy. Watch carefully; they can burn quickly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. They will crisp up further as they cool.
- Serve immediately and try not to eat the whole batch in one sitting! (We won't judge if you do, though).
