  • 1 (14 ounce, 397g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (170g) butterscotch chips
  • 1 ⅓ cups (140g) shredded coconut
  • 1 cup (115g) chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle butterscotch chips evenly over the chocolate chips.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the butterscotch chips.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts evenly over the coconut.
  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the sweetened condensed milk is bubbly.
  8. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Chilling them in the fridge will make them easier to cut.
