Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup (1 stick, 113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 (14 ounce, 397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (170g) butterscotch chips
- 1 ⅓ cups (140g) shredded coconut
- 1 cup (115g) chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions:
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips evenly over the chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the butterscotch chips.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts evenly over the coconut.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the sweetened condensed milk is bubbly.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. Chilling them in the fridge will make them easier to cut.
