Ingredients:
- ½ cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ¼ cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp (1g) Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) Salt
- ¼ cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tbsp (16g) Sliced Almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Seeds
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a glass mason jar.
- Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and Greek yogurt, stirring vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no dry clumps remain.
- Fold in the maple syrup.
- Seal the jar tightly with the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir the oats once more and top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp seeds.
