Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp (1g) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) Salt
  • ¼ cup (30g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (16g) Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) Hemp Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a glass mason jar.
  2. Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and Greek yogurt, stirring vigorously until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no dry clumps remain.
  3. Fold in the maple syrup.
  4. Seal the jar tightly with the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, stir the oats once more and top with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp seeds.
