Ingredients:

  • 6 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 8 fl oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 16 fl oz Pineapple Juice (100% pure)
  • 4 fl oz Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
  • 1 tsp Angostura Bitters
  • 1 tbsp Grenadine (Optional)
  • 8 fl oz Light/White Rum
  • 6 fl oz Dark/Aged Rum
  • 4 fl oz Spiced Rum
  • Large Ice Block
  • Fresh Orange wheels for garnish
  • Maraschino Cherries for garnish
  • Freshly grated Nutmeg for finishing

Instructions:

  1. Juice limes and oranges. Measure out all measured juices and simple syrup into a large mixing jug.
  2. Add the Angostura bitters and optional grenadine to the juice mixture. Stir well to combine all non-alcoholic components.
  3. Pour in the measured quantities of Light, Dark, and Spiced Rums. Stir thoroughly for about 30 seconds to ensure all spirits are integrated.
  4. Taste the punch base. Adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if needed, or increase rum content cautiously if desired.
  5. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour to allow the complex flavours to meld.
  6. Transfer the chilled punch mixture to your punch bowl or drink dispenser and add the large ice block.
  7. Garnish the bowl liberally with fresh orange wheels and maraschino cherries. Just before serving, grate a generous dusting of fresh nutmeg directly over the surface of the punch.
