Ingredients:
- 2 oz Silver Tequila
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz Hibiscus-infused agave syrup
- 3 oz Chilled club soda
- 1 tbsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Fresh grapefruit zest
- 1 Fresh grapefruit wedge
- 1 Sprig of fresh mint
Instructions:
- Mix the sea salt and grapefruit zest on a small saucer. Run a grapefruit wedge around the rim of a chilled highball glass, then roll the outer edge in the salt mixture. Fill the glass with large ice cubes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and hibiscus-infused agave syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top slowly with chilled club soda and use a long spoon to gently lift the bottom of the drink once to incorporate.
- Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge and a sprig of mint.
