Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Silver Tequila
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Hibiscus-infused agave syrup
  • 3 oz Chilled club soda
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh grapefruit zest
  • 1 Fresh grapefruit wedge
  • 1 Sprig of fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Mix the sea salt and grapefruit zest on a small saucer. Run a grapefruit wedge around the rim of a chilled highball glass, then roll the outer edge in the salt mixture. Fill the glass with large ice cubes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and hibiscus-infused agave syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top slowly with chilled club soda and use a long spoon to gently lift the bottom of the drink once to incorporate.
  4. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge and a sprig of mint.
