Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 2 cups (approximately 300g) large marshmallows
- 2 ounces (60g) white chocolate, melted
- Graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices (for dipping)
Instructions:
- Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Bake the chocolate and cream mixture in a preheated oven until melted and smooth, or microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning.
- Arrange marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Broil marshmallows until golden brown and toasted. WATCH CAREFULLY to prevent burning.
- Melt white chocolate.
- Transfer melted white chocolate to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with a small corner snipped off.
- Pipe concentric circles of white chocolate on top of the toasted marshmallows.
- Using a toothpick or skewer, drag lines from the center of the dip to the outer edge to create the spiderweb effect.
- Serve warm with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.
