Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cups (approximately 300g) large marshmallows
  • 2 ounces (60g) white chocolate, melted
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  2. Bake the chocolate and cream mixture in a preheated oven until melted and smooth, or microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning.
  3. Arrange marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate.
  4. Broil marshmallows until golden brown and toasted. WATCH CAREFULLY to prevent burning.
  5. Melt white chocolate.
  6. Transfer melted white chocolate to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with a small corner snipped off.
  7. Pipe concentric circles of white chocolate on top of the toasted marshmallows.
  8. Using a toothpick or skewer, drag lines from the center of the dip to the outer edge to create the spiderweb effect.
  9. Serve warm with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices.
