Ingredients:

  • 12 large pretzel twists
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's coated completely or partially, depending on your preference.
  3. Place the chocolate-covered pretzels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl, using the same method as the semi-sweet chocolate.
  5. Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with a small corner snipped off. Drizzle circles of white chocolate on top of each chocolate-covered pretzel.
  6. Using a toothpick or skewer, drag it from the center of the white chocolate circle outwards to the edge of the pretzel, creating a spiderweb effect. Repeat around the entire pretzel.
  7. Place the pretzels in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
