Ingredients:
- 12 large pretzel twists
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Dip each pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's coated completely or partially, depending on your preference.
- Place the chocolate-covered pretzels onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl, using the same method as the semi-sweet chocolate.
- Transfer the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with a small corner snipped off. Drizzle circles of white chocolate on top of each chocolate-covered pretzel.
- Using a toothpick or skewer, drag it from the center of the white chocolate circle outwards to the edge of the pretzel, creating a spiderweb effect. Repeat around the entire pretzel.
- Place the pretzels in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
