- 2-3 pounds frozen king crab legs
- Salt (for boiling water)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Thaw the crab legs by placing them in the refrigerator overnight or running them under cold water.
- Prepare the water by filling a large pot with water and adding a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Cook the crab legs by adding them to boiling water, covering, and steaming for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Make the garlic butter sauce by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, adding minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and season with freshly cracked pepper; drizzle over crab legs and garnish with parsley before serving.
