Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pounds frozen king crab legs
  • Salt (for boiling water)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the crab legs by placing them in the refrigerator overnight or running them under cold water.
  2. Prepare the water by filling a large pot with water and adding a generous pinch of salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Cook the crab legs by adding them to boiling water, covering, and steaming for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  4. Make the garlic butter sauce by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, adding minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and season with freshly cracked pepper; drizzle over crab legs and garnish with parsley before serving.
