- 2 ripe mangoes, diced (approximately 400g)

- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced (approximately 100g)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (approximately 10g)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (approximately 10g)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (approximately 30ml)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (approximately 15ml)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (approximately 3g)
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (approximately 1g)
- Pinch of cumin (optional) (less than 1 gram)
Instructions:
- Dice the mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Chop the cilantro.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Pour in the lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin (if using).
- Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined. Avoid overmixing.
