Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches (about 400g), pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1 cup (240ml) tequila (preferably silver)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) triple sec (or Cointreau)
  • Extra lime wedges for garnish
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish
  • Sea salt for rimming glasses

Instructions:

  1. Rim the margarita glasses with lime juice and dip in sea salt; set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, lime juice, and agave syrup; blend until smooth.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add the peach puree, tequila, and triple sec; fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Taste the mixture, adjusting sweetness with more agave syrup if needed.
  5. Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses over ice and garnish with peach slices and a lime wedge.
