Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches (about 400g), pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) agave syrup (or simple syrup)
- 1 cup (240ml) tequila (preferably silver)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) triple sec (or Cointreau)
- Extra lime wedges for garnish
- Fresh peach slices for garnish
- Sea salt for rimming glasses
Instructions:
- Rim the margarita glasses with lime juice and dip in sea salt; set aside.
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, lime juice, and agave syrup; blend until smooth.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the peach puree, tequila, and triple sec; fill with ice and shake well.
- Taste the mixture, adjusting sweetness with more agave syrup if needed.
- Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses over ice and garnish with peach slices and a lime wedge.
