Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 6 oz chilled mineral water
- 1 lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- If a salted rim is desired, rub a lime wedge around the rim of a 12 oz highball glass and dip it into coarse sea salt or Tajín.
- Fill the highball glass to the brim with large, clear ice cubes to prevent rapid dilution.
- Pour 2 ounces of Blanco tequila directly over the ice, followed by 0.5 ounces of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Slowly top the glass with 6 ounces of chilled mineral water, pouring down the side to preserve carbonation. The natural turbulence will mix the drink without stirring.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wheel or wedge and serve immediately while highly carbonated.
