Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) Brandy (VS or VSOP recommended)
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Crème de Cacao (dark or light, depending on preference)
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Heavy Cream
  • Grated Nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill Glass: Place your coupe or martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes, or fill it with ice while you prepare the drink.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the brandy, crème de cacao, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake Well: Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well-chilled.
  5. Strain: Remove the ice from the glass and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish: Grate fresh nutmeg over the top of the drink. A light dusting is all you need.
  7. Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
