Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
- 1 medium (120g) ripe banana, peeled
- ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy, almond, oat, soy)
- ½ cup (120g) plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek, regular, dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and hull strawberries. Peel banana.
- Add strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and optional honey/maple syrup and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed. For a perfect strawberry and banana smoothie recipe, blend thoroughly.
- Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
