Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 medium (120g) ripe banana, peeled
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy, almond, oat, soy)
  • ½ cup (120g) plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek, regular, dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and hull strawberries. Peel banana.
  2. Add strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and optional honey/maple syrup and ice to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if needed. For a perfect strawberry and banana smoothie recipe, blend thoroughly.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
