Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 2 ounces Irish Cream Liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • Whipped cream (a small dollop per shot)
  • Chocolate shavings (for sprinkling)

Instructions:

  1. Measure and pour 2 ounces of butterscotch schnapps into a shaker or directly into shot glasses.
  2. Carefully layer 2 ounces of Irish cream liqueur on top of the schnapps. If using a shaker, gently shake the schnapps with ice for a chilled effect, and strain into shot glasses. If layering directly, slowly pour the Irish cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the schnapps.
  3. Optional: Top each shot with a small dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
