Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled (approximately 150g)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, e.g., almond, soy, oat) (120ml)
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (natural or regular) (32g)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (approximately 60g)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness) (21g)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) (0.5g)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana and gather all other ingredients.
- Place the banana, milk, peanut butter, ice cubes, honey/maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon (if using) into the blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of more milk. If too thin, add a couple more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
