Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60 ml) Blanco Tequila
- 4 ounces (120 ml) Grapefruit Soda
- 1 ounce (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Pinch of Salt
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- If desired, salt the rim of the highball glass. Moisten the rim with a lime wedge and dip it in salt.
- Fill the highball glass with ice.
- Pour the tequila and lime juice over the ice.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Stir gently to combine. Avoid vigorous stirring, which will flatten the soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
