Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) Blanco Tequila
  • 4 ounces (120 ml) Grapefruit Soda
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • Lime wedge, for garnish
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. If desired, salt the rim of the highball glass. Moisten the rim with a lime wedge and dip it in salt.
  2. Fill the highball glass with ice.
  3. Pour the tequila and lime juice over the ice.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Stir gently to combine. Avoid vigorous stirring, which will flatten the soda.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
