Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
  • Microgreens (optional)
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Fried egg (optional)
  • Bacon bits (optional)
  • Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread to your desired level of doneness. Watch it carefully – burnt toast is a real bummer!
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the avocado. Mash with a fork to your desired consistency – chunky or smooth, it's your call.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread.
  5. Sprinkle on your favorite toppings. Get creative!
