- Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast the bread to your desired level of doneness. Watch it carefully – burnt toast is a real bummer!
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the avocado. Mash with a fork to your desired consistency – chunky or smooth, it's your call.
