Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Ground Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons (10ml) Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons (10ml) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the spices.
  2. Whisk or stir the spices together until evenly combined. Make sure there are no lumps of brown sugar lurking!
  3. Transfer the dry rub to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place.
