Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Ground Cumin
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) Salt
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add all the spices.
- Whisk or stir the spices together until evenly combined. Make sure there are no lumps of brown sugar lurking!
- Transfer the dry rub to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place.
