Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons (30g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 4-6 slices of bread (Brioche, Challah, or thick-cut white bread)
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter
Instructions:
- In the large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the shallow dish. Dip each slice of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are thoroughly soaked.

- Place the soaked bread slices in the hot skillet, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
