Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) garlic powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  3. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. For best flavour, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Optional)
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
