Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ketchup
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) garlic powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- For best flavour, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. (Optional)
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
