Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, tightly packed
  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano, tightly packed
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry parsley and oregano. Remove stems and roughly chop.
  2. In a mixing bowl or food processor, add the chopped herbs, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking or pulsing to combine.
  4. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as desired.
  5. Allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
  6. Stir again before serving. Enjoy on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a dip!
