Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh parsley, tightly packed
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano, tightly packed
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry parsley and oregano. Remove stems and roughly chop.
- In a mixing bowl or food processor, add the chopped herbs, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking or pulsing to combine.
- Taste and season with salt and black pepper as desired.
- Allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
- Stir again before serving. Enjoy on grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or as a dip!
