Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120ml) Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Granulated Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon (0.625ml) Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Taste the horsey sauce and adjust the horseradish, salt, or sugar to your liking. The flavor will meld as it chills.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop (optional).
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
