Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml) Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon (0.625ml) Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  3. Taste the horsey sauce and adjust the horseradish, salt, or sugar to your liking. The flavor will meld as it chills.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop (optional).
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
