  • 1 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt (or to taste; kosher salt recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, measure out all the spices precisely.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined. Ensure there are no clumps.
  3. Taste a small amount of the seasoning. Adjust the salt, cayenne pepper, or other spices to your liking. Remember, you can always add more, but you can't take it away!
  4. Transfer the Cajun seasoning to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
