Ingredients:
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans cut green beans, drained (822g)
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (305g)
- ½ cup milk (120ml)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1.25ml)
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder (0.6ml)
- 1 (2.8 oz) can french fried onions (79g)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained green beans, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Pour the green bean mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the french fried onions evenly over the green bean mixture, reserving about 1/4 of the onions.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining french fried onions over the casserole.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
