Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Gin (London Dry or Botanical preferred)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germain or similar)
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 Cucumber Slices (Thinly sliced)
  • Soda Water (To top)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Cucumber Ribbon
  • Edible Flower (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Gently muddle cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Don't over-muddle – you just want to release the cucumber's essence.
  2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  5. Double strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice.
  6. Top with soda water.
  7. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and an edible flower (if desired).
