Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Gin (London Dry or Botanical preferred)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germain or similar)
- ¾ oz (22 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 Cucumber Slices (Thinly sliced)
- Soda Water (To top)
- Ice Cubes
- Cucumber Ribbon
- Edible Flower (Optional)
Instructions:
- Gently muddle cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Don't over-muddle – you just want to release the cucumber's essence.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Double strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and an edible flower (if desired).
