Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt directly into the Mason jar. Stir or shake the dry ingredients to ensure the cinnamon and salt are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a spoon to stir vigorously, scraping the bottom edges of the jar to ensure no dry oats are trapped underneath.
- Tighten the lid securely and give the jar one final shake. Place the jar in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
