Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt directly into the Mason jar. Stir or shake the dry ingredients to ensure the cinnamon and salt are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a spoon to stir vigorously, scraping the bottom edges of the jar to ensure no dry oats are trapped underneath.
  3. Tighten the lid securely and give the jar one final shake. Place the jar in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours, though overnight is ideal.
