Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons (30g) all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (15g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) milk (any kind will do)
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white – your call!)
Instructions:
- In the mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the milk, oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract to the mug.
- Stir until just combined, making sure there are no lumps. Don’t overmix!
- If using, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 60-70 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and check for doneness.
- The brownie should be slightly gooey in the center but cooked around the edges. If it's still too wet, microwave for another 10 seconds at a time, until desired consistency.
- Let cool for a minute or two before tucking in. Be careful, it'll be hot!
