- 1/2 cup (113g) good quality mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60ml) buttermilk
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (approx. 30g) crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) garlic powder
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Gently fold in the crumbled blue cheese and garlic powder. Avoid over-mixing.
- Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Taste as you go.
- Stir in the chopped fresh herbs, if using.
